The cubicle is a sound-attenuating chamber that isolates small animal subjects from distracting ambient light, sound and activity. For behavioral studies including operant behavior (Skinner), self-administration, etc.
High-level soundproof efficacy, noiseless fan, control box. Extra fixtures (speaker and video camera holder) for fear conditioning studies. Available in standard, large or custom sizes.

Features
Well built, many inclusions, spacious
- Well-built, well-equipped cubicles can be used with Ugo Basile or other brand cages. Each cubicle includes:
- High-tech insulating material and door seal for high-level sound-proof efficacy
- Dual LED light (visible and I.R.) regulated by dedicated controller
- Noiseless fan for air intake and exhaust
- Control box
- Loudspeaker (Fear conditioning cubicle only)
- Holder for a video-camera (Fear conditioning cubicle only)
- Model options include:
- Special model lined with lead sheets, to cut electromagnetic interference for sophisticated electrophysiology tests.
- Custom-built versions. Choose color and size.
- Porthole (optical or electronic) can be provided on request
- The standard isolation cubicle is sized 50(w) x (40(d) x50 (h) cm. Interior is designed to maximize space for cages with measurements: 48.5(w) x38.5(d) x48.5(h) cm.
- A larger XL model is available, with interior dimensions: 78(w)x58.5(d)x58.5(h)cm.
