MultiOne euthanasia system for IVC cages
The MultiOne is dedicated for euthanasia of laboratory rodents (according to Directive 2010/63 /EU). It allows the users to euthanasia animals in their living environment, into Individually Ventilated Cages IVC. The device is compatible with a wide range of cages and requires no more hardware than its power and pressurized CO2 source to operate.
The MutliOne euthanasia system works on a simple principle. It detects when a cage is positioned in the intended location, recognizes whether it is a mouse or rat cage and initiates a suitable euthanasia cycle. It adapts the duration of the cycle As well as the injection and aspiration flow rates in order to predefined IVC cage model, according to European and American veterinary recommendations.
Whether by external extraction or filtration, the MultiOne offers a gas recovery solution to guarantee the best user protection and his working environment. MultiOne is equipped with suction system in and around the cage, what limits gas dissipation through leaks from the cages.
MultiOne is offered compatible with cages from different manufacturers such as Techniplast, Allentown, Zoonlab, Emerald and Redline.
