A new module called Cardiac Performance now allows you to measure several types of data. The heart performance can be analyzed through several key outputs to be able to evaluate the arterial blood pressure and cardiac output.
Measure zebrafish cardiac performance
Our module provides key readouts for both chambers (ventricle and atrium):
- the ejection fraction,
- qt interval
- and beat defects.
The analysis is based on the client GFP’s heart expression videos and the results are very easily extracted.
These capabilities will help your laboratory achieve outstanding results
- Batch analysis - Launch several video acquisitions of your cohort, and then analyze all of the data in batch for time optimization.
- New modules answering lab needs - We recently launched new modules. One for cardiac performance based on GFP heart expression and another one for morphology assessment.
