About NEWTON system

  • All in one: bioluminescence and multispectral fluorescence imaging, with optional X-Ray module.
  • Superior Quantitative Results: Ultimate linearity for precise protein quantification over the full dynamic range.
  • Multispectral Imaging: Ultra-low noise imaging thanks to a dual camera amplifier architecture.
  • Custom Made V.070 Lens: Newton custom made lens for enhanced sensitivity and sharpness.
  • Narrow Bandpass Filters: Time to get the image is drastically reduced and precious antibody can be saved.

NEWTON System: Imaging Versatility

The NEWTON system offers exceptional imaging versatility for diverse life science applications. It excels in monitoring tumor and infection development over time. Researchers can track cell migration with precision in real-time studies. It enables targeting the biodistribution of drugs, molecules, and nanoparticles throughout the body. The system also provides clear visualization of vasculature and microcirculation for vascular research. NEWTON delivers high-resolution imaging across multiple wavelengths, supporting both fluorescence and bioluminescence modalities for reliable, reproducible results in preclinical studies.

Your Applications at Your Fingertips using NEWTON imaging system

Thanks to its unique fluorescence illumination architecture, the NEWTON 7.0 supports 8 excitation channels across Visible (RGB) and Near-Infrared (NIR) spectrums. This allows signals to be overlaid, enabling simultaneous visualization of multiple reporters within the same animal. It accommodates a wide range of molecular reagents and fluorophores, including GFP, YFP, FITC, DAPI, mCHERRY, Alexa Fluor® 680, 700, 750, Cy® 3, 5, 5.5, DyeLight, IRDye® 800CW, VivoTrack 680, and VivoTag 750.

NEWTON Software Features

The NEWTON system includes advanced 3D tomography for reconstructing bioluminescent signals into precise volumetric representations of small animals, such as mice. Its Kuant software provides absolute quantification capabilities, enabling accurate analysis of signals with NIST-traceable calibration. Kuant supports an unlimited number of users and is fully GLP- and CFR21-compliant, ensuring regulatory adherence in preclinical research. Data can be exported in high-quality 16-bit .tiff or 8-bit .jpg formats for seamless integration with analysis tools.
