We offer needle holders repairs made in Fine Science Tools workshop in Heidelberg. If the repair price is more than 50% of the new price of the instrument or the item cannot be repaired we would get in touch with you. Repairs take approximately 2 weeks after delivery instrument to workshop.

Features
The service and repair of needle holders contains:
- Align tips (which closes the entire surface parallel again)
- Processing the joint
- Adjustment of the handles
- Replacement of Tungsten Carbide inlay (only Tungsten Carbide needle holder, golden handle), which will be done by one of our manufacturers
After the service, every single instrument will be tested by hand, get packed and gets a sticker with “FST inspected”. This sticker shows that the articles are checked by FST. The instruments are sterilized before returning them. If instruments cannot be repaired/serviced, you will get a note and receive them back. The service will take 2 weeks + transportation time.
