Phileas® AIRLOCK is an airlock-integrated solution, communicating with the building management system (HVAC, door locking). Devea’s diffusion technology ensures excellent distribution of H2O2 inside the airlock for effective disinfection up to 6-log10, with minimal space required inside the airlock and maximum safety (H2O2 sensor, traceability and data integrity). Audited system compliant with GMP Annex 11 and 21 CFR Part 11.

Disinfection post-cleaning in three steps

Diffusion

Microdrop Technology: the biocide sprayed in a non-wetting fog covers the entire surfaces.

Contact time

Small micro-droplets are more efficient and reduce evaporation time. Biocide enters the microbial cell and kills the organism.

Aeration

Ventilation / aeration: HVAC back on, air renewal to drop the last H2O2 residues
