Features

The Respiratory Belt Sensor is designed to measure changes in chest diameter resulting from breathing. The belt produces a linear voltage proportional to changes in length, allowing respiratory rate and breathing patterns to be recorded directly.

The Respiratory Belt Sensor plugs into the PowerLab T1 or straight into a Windows or macOS® computer via USB connection, and can be used in Lt and Lt LabStation.

Applications of PowerLab Sensors Respiratory Belt

Used in Breathing, Diving Response, and Respiratory Sinus Arrhythmia teaching labs, investigating the relationship between breathing and heart rate.
