VetAssure tabletop sterilizer 18 liters, autoclave 18 l, class B

The VetAssure 18 liter autoclave has the highest class B sterilization standard, designed to autoclave complex, intricate instruments and materials. Both the Helix test and the Bowie-Dick test as well as the vacuum test can be performed here. The individual cycles take less time than in the model of this autoclave in the S class. Moreover, it is possible to sterilize a larger volume of materials than in the S class: wrapped materials weighing up to 2.5 kg and unwrapped materials up to 4 kg and porous materials up to 1 kg.

Features of the VetAssure veterinary sterilizer

VSL - vacuum safety locking

Door locking is motor operated and the chamber is vacuumsealed right after. VLS technology guarantees total safety, greater ease of handling and reliable self regulation of the hatch.

Built-in thermal printer

An automatic print-out records the entire procedure, thereby providing a permanent record of every sterilization cycle. The paper printout can then be kept and attached to your files for a complete and accurate record.

Water quality sensor

VetAssure sterilizers are additionally protected by the inclusion of a water quality sensor, as tandard. The quality of the water is therefore constantly monitored. The display informs the user whether water used for sterilization is good.

Pre-programmed sterilization cycles

Each model is equipped with ready-made autoclaving cycles for steam sterilization of various types of materials, also having contact with prions, causing e.g. Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.

Multilingual & userfriendly interface

Just four buttons keypad for simpler navigation to all sterilization options. The LCD display shows current information about your sterilization cycles and alerts on errors or service needs.

Automatic digital cycle recording on USB stick can be downloaded on your PC using our proprietary software (optional).

Water purification system - ROSSI

With built-in ROSI, tricartridge water purification system, your autoclave can be connected directly to your practice water supply, always ensuring good water to your sterilization process (optional).
