Microisolator tops for mouse cages type II&III

Microisolator tops are made of polycarbonate and polysulphone.

They contain autoclavable and replaceable filters, can be washed in the same way as a tops. The filtersheet is made of polyester and has to be replaced after approx. 10 times of wash and autoclave cycles.

Filtertops can be delivered with or without clips used to close with cage bottom.

Filtertops guarantee:

• to protect animals during transport in animal facility
• to create a micro isolator environment inside cage

Applications of microisolator tops

• Animals from different sources with different microbiological profiles can be maintained in the same room without cross contamination
• Investigators can experimentally infect animal with a variety of microbial agents in the same room without interfering with one anothers research;
