RoVent® automatic ventilator, advanced model
Small Animal Ventilator RoVent® is ideal for mice, rats, and guinea pigs weighing up to 1250 grams. The ventilator is fully automatic; simply enter the animal's weight and press the Run button. Ventilation control is achieved by adjusting volume or pressure. The advanced RoVent® model allows measurement of several physiological parameters of the anesthetized animal. Integrated PEEP, sigh breaths, and other advanced features make RoVent® suitable for a wide range of procedures.

Adding the RoVent® Module to the SomnoSuite® Low-Flow Anesthesia System
With the additional RoVent® Automatic Ventilator Module, the vaporized anesthetic in the SomnoSuite® is delivered directly to the animal along the inspiratory line from the ventilator. The close proximity of the vaporized gas to the animal’s lungs allows the use of much less anesthetic than traditional vaporizers that require a separate ventilator hookup.
